Each piece of custom handmade jewelry is guaranteed. If for any
reason an item in our current stock does not meet your full
expectations, just return it with proof of purchase within 7 days of
receiving. We'll exchange it, or hold a company credit for you until
you decide on another item. The repair warranty expires 12 months
from the date of purchase. To return an item for repair, within the
warranty period, please include receipt and shipping costs.
Customer satisfaction is our top priority and we are happy to work
with you in every way possible to ensure your satisfaction; however
our jewelry, rings in particular, are considered dress accessories.
They are not meant to be worn while riding, roping, or in other
extreme conditions. Our jewelry is produced with a black antiquing
paint that even with normal wear and tear will fade. We suggest you
remove your jewelry before bathing, washing dishes, etc. to provide
a longer lifetime for your pieces. We will do touch-up painting on
your jewelry at any time for a shipping fee. Please enclose your contact and
shipping information with the item. The style of rings that we produce
containing the continuing pattern around the band are unable to
be sized. Please contact us if you have any sizing issues or concerns.

Chains:
We offer chains to our customers as a courtesy. We do not manufacture the
chains, so the warranty does not apply
Earrings:
We know that one earring alone isn’t much good and that accidents do happen.
If one of the earrings you buy from us is lost or destroyed, and it is in not
a closeout item, you can purchase another pair from us for one-half the price
of the new pair plus exchanging your remaining earring.
